It rained all day on the way to Morpeth, where I would be making my big turn north away from the Lake and toward the US boarder crossing. When I got to the Rondeau Shores Trailer Park, it had stopped raining so I was okay with pitching my tent. Lucky for me big time, Pixie offered me the cottage at no charge. Can you believe that? These folks were so nice. They even offered me some dinner, which I declined since I had enough sense to buy some fruit at this cute little stand and at the shop just before the few miles to the campsite. But I did take some of Pixie's homemade coleslaw for dinner to go and a cup of joe with them in the morning. It was fun hearing about their lives and their familes. Thanks again Pixie and Leo. The little guy is Max.
